Michael Strohecker has a long history of working in various roles in the engineering and business development fields. Michael started their career at Boeing (McDonnell Douglas) in 1995 as a Research & Development Engineer, where they researched and developed damage tolerant 3D reinforced carbon fiber reinforced polymer for NASA Blended Wing Program. In 1997, they joined Space Systems Loral as a Strategy and R&D Planning Engineer, and later served as a Sr. R&D Engineer and Sr. Engineer, where they designed and analyzed space structures for commercial space satellites and prototyped designs with SLA and other 3D printing technologies. In 2007, they moved to South East Development Agency as a VP Business Development, and then to South West England Development Agency in 2009 in the same role. In 2011, they co-founded EfficientNow and held the role of Co-Founder. Finally, in 2019, they joined LuxCreo as Chief Revenue Officer and VP Business Development.

Michael Strohecker earned their Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from UC Santa Barbara in 1994, followed by a Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the same institution in 1997. In 2002, they obtained their MBA in Finance from The Wharton School.
