Arta Hoxha

Arta Hoxha, PhD, is currently serving as the Chair of the Governance, Ethics and Human Resources Committee at the Central Bank of the Republic of Kosova and as a Deputy Project Manager focusing on Access to Finance for LuxDev. They have previously held significant roles, including Board Member at the Central Bank of Kosovo and Chair of the Audit Committee for both the Office of the Prime Minister of Kosovo and the Kosovo Credit Guarantee Fund. Arta's extensive experience includes positions as an auditor at KPMG and Grant Thornton LLP, as well as teaching roles at various universities. Arta earned a PhD in Economics from Staffordshire University, where they also completed an MSc in Economics for Business Analysis.
