Ben MacKay

Ben Mackay currently serves as an Evaluations and Knowledge Management Officer at LuxDev, overseeing external evaluations and internal policies since October 2017. Previously, in the Regional Office of Vientiane, Lao PDR, Ben supervised multiple bilateral development projects across Lao PDR, Vietnam, and Myanmar. Prior experience includes leadership roles at ADA - Appui au Développement Autonome, where Ben headed units focused on MSME and Innovations in Inclusive Finance, developing strategies and managing teams on various projects. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science in Global Challenges from The University of Edinburgh, several certifications in evaluation and knowledge management, and advanced degrees in International Relations and French & Politics.
