Elysée Sindayigaya is a skilled professional with over 21 years of experience in managing development programs focused on rule of law, human rights, and capacity building for governmental institutions and civil society organizations. Elysée has held diverse roles, including Senior Consultant, Africa Regional Advisor, and Human Rights Program Manager, showcasing strong expertise in strategic planning, program development, and financial management. Currently, Elysée serves as Principal Technical Advisor for LuxDev, overseeing a project that supports civil society in Benin. Elysée holds a Master’s degree in Project Management from Roehampton University and an advanced degree in Law.
