Eusebio Mora

Eusebio Mora has extensive experience in technical consulting and project management, primarily focusing on employment and employability within the context of vocational education and training (TVET). Since May 2008, Eusebio has held various leadership positions at LuxDev, including Chief Technical Advisor for TVET projects in Nicaragua and Cape Verde, as well as serving as Resident Representative in both Bamako and Niger. Eusebio also has experience as a Partner at MATEMO, Lda in Mozambique, and previously worked as Program Coordinator for a TVET Project at Fundación JTM from 2002 to 2008.
