Frank Wolff is a biologist with extensive experience in environmental policy and conservation. They served as Attaché de Gouvernement at the Ministère de l'Environnement, du Climat et de la Biodiversité from 2005 to 2012, where they implemented national directives on biodiversity and nature protection. Frank held the position of Directeur adjoint at the Administration de la nature et des forêts from 2012 to 2023, leading regional services and managing key departments. Currently, they are the Représentant résident at LuxDev and pursuing a PhD in Ecology at Durham University while also studying international environmental law-making and diplomacy at the University of Eastern Finland.
