Julie Rimlinger

Julie Rimlinger is an experienced HR professional with a strong background in project management and employee development. Currently serving as Chargée développement et monitoring RH at Lux-Development since April 2020, Julie Rimlinger has successfully managed the implementation of SAP SuccessFactors across eight countries and launched an e-learning platform using Moodle. Prior to this role, Julie Rimlinger spent over twelve years at EY, progressing from Recruiter to HR Business Partner and ultimately to Career and Development Manager, overseeing various HR functions for large departments. Educational qualifications include multiple degrees in HR and Management from IAE Nancy and Aarhus University. Julie Rimlinger is also certified in Personality and Performance Inventory (PAPI).
