Mauro Lupo has extensive experience in infrastructure project management and public procurement in various roles at Lux-Development since May 2007, including Responsable du département PCA, where compliance with European and Luxembourg legislation is ensured, and Expert Infrastructures, overseeing infrastructure projects in health, vocational training, and sanitation. Prior to Lux-Development, Mauro Lupo worked at the European Commission from 1992 to 2007, undertaking roles such as Chargé de projets/programmes and Expert génie civil in Morocco and Guinea, focusing on the identification, implementation, and management of infrastructure projects. Mauro Lupo's educational background includes a diploma in civil engineering from Università degli Studi di Palermo and a scientific technical diploma from Liceo Scientifico.
