Ron Delnoije

Ron Delnoije is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in rural development and food security. Currently serving as Coordinator for Rural Development at LuxDev since August 2023, Ron provides strategic technical and managerial leadership while ensuring financial and administrative compliance for various projects. Prior to this role, Ron was a Project Manager at CARITAS Switzerland, focusing on Sustainable Water Management for Food Security, and a Policy Advisor for Oxfam Novib, where Ron advanced policies related to sustainable livelihoods. Ron's career also includes significant positions at Cordaid and SNV, where responsibilities spanned institutional fundraising, program management, and local capacity building. With a Master of Science in Agro-Forestry from Wageningen University, Ron combines academic knowledge with practical expertise in the field.
