Silvia Morgoci

Silvia Morgoci is a skilled health and nutrition professional with extensive experience in project management and consultancy within various health-related organizations. Currently serving as a Senior Service Advisor for the Health and Nutrition Program at LuxDev since September 2023, Silvia previously held the position of Lead Health Consultant at OSCE from May 2023 to September 2023. Prior roles include Project Manager at the Swiss Cooperation Office Moldova, where efforts focused on capacity building for health professionals amid a refugee crisis. Silvia's career also encompasses freelance work, a Medical Director position at Invitro Diagnostics, and significant roles in project management and coordination at the REPEMOL project and the Ministry of Health in the Republic of Moldova. Educational qualifications include a Master’s degree in Management in Health from the University of Montpellier, and a Bachelor of Applied Science in Medicine from Nicolae Testemitanu State University, complemented by training in Monitoring and Evaluation at Carleton University.
