David Houdebert

David Houdebert is a professional with extensive experience in project management and energy efficiency within the renewable energy sector. Beginning with a charge de missions internship at Dalkia in 2008, David has contributed to various organizations, including Atelier Industriel Aéronautique and Eneco, where responsibilities included feasibility studies and the implementation of energy-saving initiatives. Notably, David has held significant roles at URBASOLAR from 2017 to 2024 as a supervisor and manager of photovoltaic solar parks. Moreover, education includes a Master’s degree in Energy from Université de Montpellier and a professional license in Eco-Conception Energy Environment from Université de Lorraine, reflecting a strong academic foundation in energy-related fields. Currently, David serves as an Ingénieur Exploitation at LUXEL.
