Principals of the Company have developed over 1,500 residential lots as well as numerous retail and commercial projects. Current residential projects include the development of over 600 lots in Osceola County, Florida, and partnerships in several Multi-Family projects with nearly 1,300 apartment units in Polk, Osceola, and St. Johns Counties in the state of Florida,
