Kyle Ugaitafa

Kyle Ugaitafa has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Kyle started their career at Discount Tire as a Technician and quickly advanced to become a Sales Manager, where they successfully managed customer relationships and achieved sales targets. Kyle demonstrated strong leadership skills by leading sales teams across multiple store locations and supporting the career progression of team members.

After their time at Discount Tire, Kyle joined Inter-Con Security Systems, Inc. as a Team Lead, where they were responsible for site security and first response to a high-profile client. Kyle managed the coordination of daily security activities and oversaw access control management for contractors.

Following their role at Inter-Con Security Systems, Kyle joined Bittrex as a Program Manager, where they led and managed cross-functional programs and projects. Kyle developed and implemented project management methodologies to ensure successful delivery of initiatives. Kyle also played a key role in managing security operations and implementing access control systems.

Currently, Kyle is working at Luxonis as a Business Development Manager. Their responsibilities include identifying growth opportunities, conducting market research, generating leads, and developing client relationships. Kyle collaborates with cross-functional teams to align strategies and achieve business objectives.

Kyle Ugaitafa attended Renton High School from 2001 to 2005. During this time, they did not obtain a degree nor pursue a specific field of study. In addition to their high school education, Kyle has obtained several certifications. In May 2020, they completed "The Leader's Guide to Mindfulness (getAbstract Summary)" certification through LinkedIn. Furthermore, in April 2022, they acquired the "Chainalysis KYT Certification" and in March 2022, they obtained the "Chainalysis Reactor Certification," both offered by Chainalysis Inc.
