Derek Garden

Derek Garden is a Program/Project Management master's student at the University of Michigan, expected to graduate in 2026. Previously, they served as Operations Team Lead at E. & J. Gallo Winery, optimizing production efficiencies, and held various leadership roles in the US Marine Corps for a decade. Derek also worked as Production Manager at Tenneco, where they enhanced operational performance and employee engagement. In recent endeavors, they became a Custom Knife Maker and currently manage production at LuxWall, Inc., while balancing their education.
