Federico Panzeri is the CEO of Panzeri, the family business established in 1947. They represent the third generation of leadership, having joined the company in 2013 and contributing to the growth of international branch offices in Germany, France, and the UAE. In 2023, Federico became CEO following a strategic collaboration with a private equity firm to enhance the company’s expansion. Prior to Panzeri, Federico held various sales roles in FMCG and aviation, including positions at SC Johnson and Alitalia. They also serve on the Board of the Young Entrepreneurs at Federlegno Arredo and actively participate in endurance sports, having completed multiple marathons and an Ironman.
