lvlup!HR uses Esport for modern HR work. In assessment centers and potential evaluations, we use customer-specific, individual behavioral anchors to identify targeted competencies. The participants behave authentically according to the principle of "homo ludens" (playing human being), feel unobserved compared to traditional selection procedures and have fun. We also use Esport in team-building measures to improve cooperation within the company and strengthen communication.

By implementing elements of competitive gaming, the knowledge gained from personnel selection and development measures is increased both quantitatively ("more" data) and qualitatively ("better" data). In addition, the gaming element ensures that personnel selection and development measures can be offered at a lower threshold and profiles your company as an innovative employer.
