Benoît Simon is a seasoned HR leader with over 20 years of experience in the luxury manufacturing sector across global markets, particularly in Asia and the US. They have held various prominent positions, including Regional Human Resources Director at Sonepar and HR Director at Martell Mumm Perrier-Jouët, where they directed HR strategies for high-profile companies.
