Emma Lin

Emma Lin is a skilled HR professional with extensive experience in talent management and recruitment. Currently serving as a Senior HR Executive at 酩悦·轩尼诗-路易·威登集团 since May 2021, Emma manages strategic talent programs for Early Career Professionals in China. Prior to this role, Emma worked as an HR Executive at PORTS from June 2019 to May 2021, where responsibilities included regional retail HR business partnering, recruitment processes, and employee relations for luxury and affordable luxury brands in Eastern China. Emma began the career as a Researcher at Experis in early 2019, honing information processing and communication skills. Emma holds a Master’s degree in Management from UCL and a Bachelor's degree in Management with Marketing from the University of Leeds.
