Kai C

Kai C is an accomplished professional in Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI), currently serving as the Director of Diversity and Inclusion at LVMH since April 2023. Prior to this role, Kai held various positions at Goldman Sachs from December 2015 to April 2023, culminating in the role of Executive Director, where efforts included developing inclusion strategies across the APAC region and partnering with corporate communications to enhance DEI narratives. Earlier experiences include serving as an Assistant Professor at Hunan University, co-founding a research center, and publishing academic articles, as well as holding a Research Fellow position at City University of Hong Kong, where government-funded research initiatives were led. Kai holds a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Public Policy from City University of Hong Kong.
