Laure Boleat

Laure BOLEAT currently serves as Group Regulatory and Privacy Framework Counsel and Senior Privacy Officer at LVMH since September 2022. Prior experience includes roles as Group Data Protection Officer at Europ Assistance from January 2019 to August 2022, and Legal Officer in charge of IT contracts at AXA Partners in 2018. Laure held various legal positions at AXA entities starting from 2012, culminating in the development of extensive legal expertise in contract law and data privacy. Academic qualifications include a Ph.D. in Digital Law, Insurance Law, Commercial Law, and Fundamental Rights from Université Toulouse 1 Capitole, along with multiple master's degrees in related fields.
