Max Cheng

Max Cheng is the current Group HR Director for LVMH North Asia, where they partner with the HR community and brand leaders to drive talent and organizational solutions. With over 15 years of experience in talent management, learning and leadership development, and HR business partnering, Max has a proven track record of fostering collaborative relationships to achieve business objectives. Prior to their role at LVMH, Max held several senior positions at DFS Group Limited, including Global Director of Talent Management and Total Rewards. Max holds an MBA from the National University of Singapore and is pursuing a Bachelor of Social Science at Hong Kong Baptist University.
