Audrone Simkute is an experienced finance professional with over 15 years of experience in various roles, including Chief Financial Officer and Chief Accountant. Having worked in complex international matrix organizations, Audrone has a solid understanding of financial and managerial accounting concepts, business ethics, and compliance standards. Currently, Audrone serves as the Group Chief Accountant at LW Group, while previously holding positions at notable companies such as Abbott Laboratories, Kraft Foods Group, and Merck Sharp & Dohme. Audrone's expertise includes designing and implementing budgeting, planning, and reporting systems, along with advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and Power BI. Audrone earned both a Bachelor's and Master's degree in Macroeconomics Finance & Banking from Vilnius University.
