L&W Invest, founded by industry lifers Jonathan Whittle and Giles Leadbetter, focuses on the acquisition and marketing of small to mid size developments throughout the UK.

Backed by a loyal following of investors and financiers we cast our net countrywide for opportunities deemed good value: those that are viably priced and maintain a sustainable marketplace.

Independently financed with strong and attested exit strategies for all our acquisitions, the nature of our business is swift and expedient. As an investment house, the firm backs all purchases at both pre and post-build completion through an appropriate UK-registered vehicle. Outwith this, units are transacted individually to our network of buyers both internationally and in the UK.
