James Bender

James Bender is an experienced executive with a robust background in operations and management. Currently serving as Chief Operating Officer and Vice President of Operations at LW Schneider Inc. since May 2013, James has previously held significant roles including Integrated Water Management Operations Manager for North America at Nalco from August 2010 to May 2013, where responsibilities included coordinating site managers across three countries. Prior experience at MetoKote Corporation spanned from March 1992 to 2009, where James held various positions culminating in General Manager for the Western Region, managing multiple plants and a substantial workforce. Earlier work included roles at Chicago Blower Corporation and Lovejoy in sales and accounting. James Bender holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business from North Central College.
