LXIV is an exclusive global network of ultra-luxury private residences and one-of-a-kind estate destinations, designed to perfect the art of living.

Feeling at home, even while away, we curate every detail to deliver effortless luxury, soulful design, unexpected discovery, and superlative service with the seamless privacy, discretion, and security that the most discerning travelers demand.

Our flagship property in Washington, D.C., is a historic villa that has been meticulously restored. This 12,000 square foot, six-bedroom estate on an acre of private gardens in the heart of Georgetown establishes our standard: spaces where historic bones meet today's expectations of comfort and intelligent design.

LXIV experiences serve those who expect the extraordinary, from heads of state to titans of industry to creative leaders and clients with complex security requirements.

Over the next several years, we will establish a presence in twelve additional global cities, developing a selective portfolio of distinctive private estates where guests experience the familiarity of home while enjoying service and amenities that redefine luxury hospitality.

An LXIV stay can include:
 • Private estates designed for modern luxury living
 • Seamless privacy and security at every level
 • On-site concierge service, available day and night
 • Michelin-starred culinary experiences
 • Private drivers, supercars, and jet charters
 • Bespoke wellness offerings and curated events
 • Hand-selected art, furnishings, audio, and lifestyle products

We design our properties not simply to impress, but to elevate how life is lived within them.

LXIV: Perfecting the art of living.
