Mostafa Tarek

Mostafa Tarek is an experienced professional in training and quality management, currently serving as the Training and Quality Manager at LXT since June 2022. Previously, Mostafa held roles at Teleperformance, including Training Manager and Assistant Account Manager, where responsibilities included creating training plans, developing training content, and leading teams to achieve performance targets. Earlier experience at Teleperformance Egypt encompassed positions such as Contact Center Supervisor, Travel Consultant, Quality Assurance Coordinator, and Recruiter. Mostafa holds a degree in Human Resources Management from The American University in Cairo, as well as a degree in Business Administration from Tanta University and an Associate’s Degree in Business Process Outsourcing from the Information Technology Institute.
