Punith Raj is a Senior UX Designer at Charter Global since November 2021. Prior to that, Punith worked at Lyca Group since January 2015 as a UX Designer, handling end-to-end UX activities for internal LYCA client products. Punith also has experience working as a Customer Service Specialist at Aditya Birla Group from July 2010 to April 2014, where responsibilities included customer care executive duties, service order management for Apple products, warranty updating, and verifying proof of purchase.
