Joseph Balduino

Joseph Balduino is an accomplished higher education professional with extensive experience in admissions operations. Currently serving as the Director of Admissions Operations at Lycoming College since February 2016, Joseph oversees all technology-related aspects of the admissions office, manages communications, and collaborates with Marketing and Communications to execute an effective admissions communication plan. Previously, Joseph held roles including Associate Director of Admissions Operations at Lycoming College and Director of Admissions at Pennsylvania College of Technology, where strategic planning and best practices in admissions and enrollment management were key responsibilities. Earlier experience includes the role of Assistant Director of Admissions at Lycoming College and Head Coach of Women's Soccer. Joseph holds a Master of Science in Leadership from Northeastern University and a Bachelor of Arts in History from Lycoming College.
