James Sonda

James Sonda is a construction safety professional with over nine years of experience in the mining industry and seven years in occupational health and safety. Currently serving as a Senior Health Safety Environment Advisor at Lycopodium since 2022, they previously held the position of Director at SAMCHAM INV LTD in Zambia from 2015 to 2023. Sonda is a certified incident investigator using the Taproot methodology and possesses a certificate in Community Health and Preventive Medicine from The University of Wisconsin Medical School. They have demonstrated strong leadership in developing and managing health and safety programs across various challenging environments.
