Christopher Peter Lima is a seasoned quality assurance and operations leader with extensive experience in manufacturing and process improvement. Currently serving as Quality Assurance Manager at Lydall since 2010, Christopher previously held roles such as Value Stream/Project Manager at RathGibson Northbranch LLC and Director of Operations at Flexpaq Corporation, where responsibility included leading a transformation to Lean Manufacturing. Prior positions include Plant Manager at International Filing Company and Quality Manager at Delphi, demonstrating a strong background in quality management and operational excellence. Christopher’s early career included a pivotal role as Quality Manager at Key Welder Corp., where major achievements included the successful completion of ISO/QS/TE 9000 registration. Christopher holds a Master's degree in Instructional Technology from Wayne State University and a Bachelor's degree in Education from Valley City State University, complemented by ongoing professional development.
