Gary Z. is an Operation Director with over a decade of experience in operation management across the automotive, mechanical, and EMS industries. Currently managing operations and EHS for three factories at Lydall, Gary has demonstrated expertise in setting KPIs, leading project introductions, and implementing Lean Six Sigma methodologies to enhance productivity and reduce costs. Previously, at AAF International, Gary oversaw production and quality management while promoting continuous improvement practices. Gary holds a Master of Business Administration in Operation Management from Tongji University and has a Bachelor’s degree in Economy from the University of International Business and Economics.
