John Provost

John Provost has over two decades of experience in engineering and design within the automotive industry. Currently, as President of VEDA Engineering since April 2013, John provides design solutions to manufacturers in the Metro Detroit area and focuses on optimizing design processes. Concurrently, John has been serving as Design Group Manager at Lydall, leading the development of heat shields for automotive applications while streamlining the design process. Prior experience includes roles at Kolar Corporation as a Senior Design Engineer, where projects revolved around automotive components, and at Sturdy Corporation and HMS Co. LLC, engaged in developing control modules and engineering tooling fixtures, respectively. John's foundational education was completed at Stevenson High School.
