Stephan Baltes is a highly experienced Quality Manager with a robust background in quality management systems and customer satisfaction across multiple industries. Currently serving as Quality Manager at Lydech Meinerzhagen since April 2023 and previously as Plant Quality Manager at Lydall, Stephan has consistently overseen product quality and customer relations. Prior roles include Quality & CI Manager at Morgan Advanced Materials, where responsibility extended to the quality assurance of various European locations, as well as Quality Manager and Supervisor positions at Neapco Europe and tedrive Germany. Stephan's early career began as a Quality Engineer at Visteon Deutschland GmbH, specializing in global customer support across quality matters. Educationally, Stephan holds a Diplom-Ingenieurin in Metallurgy and Materials Engineering from RWTH Aachen University.
