Maxime Colle

Maxime Colle is a lawyer specialized in Corporate M&A and Private Equity, currently serving as a partner and co-head of the Corporate and M&A practice at Lydian. Prior to Lydian, Maxime was a local partner at NautaDutilh, with a focus on public and private M&A, capital markets transactions, corporate governance, and corporate restructurings. Maxime also had experience as a Senior Associate at NautaDutilh, specializing in M&A and Private Equity. Additionally, Maxime had professional experience through a secondment at Euroclear and an internship at Allen & Overy.
