Pedro Earp is a business leader and academic who currently serves as Chief Executive Officer of LyfeOS and as a Board Member at Instituto Ismart. From 2015 to 2022, they served as Head of ZX Ventures. Earlier, at AmBev (2002–2005), they were Head of Mergers & Acquisitions and Marketing Director for Skol and Premium Brands. They earned a BSc in Economics and Finance from The London School of Economics and Political Science (1997–1998) and an MA in Happiness Studies from Centenary University (2022–2024); they also completed the BerkeleyX Science of Happiness course in 2022.
