Alicia O. is a seasoned content design leader with extensive experience in guiding multidisciplinary teams and enhancing user experiences. Currently serving as the Head of Content Design at Lyft since February 2021, Alicia leads a team of content designers while adapting to organizational changes and fostering team motivation.
