Caroline Cunningham

Caroline Cunningham is currently the VP, Deputy General Counsel at Lyft, where they have progressed through various roles in the legal department since 2016. They previously served as Senior Counsel, Litigation, as well as Director and Senior Director in the same area. Prior to their tenure at Lyft, they gained experience as an Associate at Williams & Connolly LLP and Munger, Tolles & Olson LLP, and completed a judicial clerkship at the United States District Court for the District of Maryland. Caroline holds a BA from Harvard University and a JD from the University of California, Berkeley.
