Christopher Reilly is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in corporate and commercial law. Currently serving as Senior Director of Legal at Lyft since November 2015, Christopher has progressed through various roles within the company, including Senior Counsel and Counsel. Prior to Lyft, Christopher worked at Gunderson Dettmer, where responsibilities included advising over 30 companies on a range of legal matters and leading transactions totaling over $350 million. Previous experience also includes roles at Latham & Watkins, where Christopher specialized in financing and M&A, and earlier positions as a paralegal and intern in various legal settings.
