Christy Karst is an accomplished professional with significant experience in program management and military leadership. At Lyft since January 2019, Christy has held various roles, including Program Manager and Learning & Performance Facilitator. Previously, Christy served in the United States Army Reserve from August 2001 to August 2022 as a First Sergeant, providing technical guidance to 175 Soldiers as the senior non-commissioned officer of the 452nd OD CO.
