Denise Bertuccelli

Denise Bertuccelli is currently the Head of Team Member Experience at Lyft, where they lead a diverse team focused on internal communications, employer branding, and employee engagement. With nearly 20 years of corporate experience, Denise has driven significant organizational transformations through various roles at Gap Inc., including Director of Specialty NA Communications and Senior Manager of North America Field Communications. They also founded Madame & Muse, Inc., a consulting practice dedicated to coaching individuals and couples in interpersonal communications. Denise holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communications from Santa Clara University and a Coaching Certification from the Somatica Institute.
