Heather Larson is a seasoned IT professional with extensive experience in service management and cybersecurity. Currently serving as the Head of Service Management at Lyft since April 2025, Heather previously held the position of Director of IT at Huntress, where leadership in IT strategy and operations facilitated rapid growth and IPO readiness. Notably, at Meta, Heather led a technical engineering team, achieving significant expansion and improved project delivery, and at Google, delivered critical contributions in physical security and building automation. Earlier roles include systems administration at Big Bend Hospice and technical support at VISIT FLORIDA. Heather earned a BS in Information Technology from Florida State University.
