Ido Bright

Ido Bright is a Staff Research Scientist and Tech Lead at Lyft, with 15 years of experience in Machine Learning and Operations Research. Previously, Ido held positions at eBay, where they led the Machine Learning initiative for the Bad Buyer Experience model, and served as an Acting Assistant Professor at the University of Washington. Ido's early career included roles as a Computer Vision Engineer at Rafael Advanced Defense Systems and a Data Scientist in the Israel Defense Forces. Ido earned a PhD in Mathematics from the Weizmann Institute of Science, contributing significantly to data-driven research and systems optimization throughout their career.
