Joanna Wilhelm

Joanna Wilhelm is Senior Counsel at Lyft, specializing in product and commercial law within platforms and autonomous vehicles. With extensive experience in highly regulated industries, they previously served as Associate General Counsel and VP of Compliance at Lord Jones and as General Counsel & Vice President at Loudpack, Inc. Joanna also held positions as Senior Legal Counsel at Cronos Group and Associate Attorney at Cotchett, Pitre & McCarthy, LLP, focusing on complex commercial litigation. They began their legal career at the USF Investor Justice Clinic, providing services to investors, while also gaining diverse experience through various internships in legal and editorial roles. Joanna is currently pursuing a Juris Doctor at the University of San Francisco School of Law.
