Kathy Lin

Kathy Lin is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in healthcare strategy and management. Currently serving as Senior Strategy Manager at Lyft since January 2022, Kathy previously held roles including Government Strategy & Partnerships Manager for Lyft Healthcare and Managing Consultant at Guidehouse, following its acquisition of Navigant. At Navigant, Kathy worked as a Senior Consultant and has also contributed to organizations such as UPMC as an Administrative Resident, and Booz Allen Hamilton as a Business Analyst, where significant projects included creating a firm-wide platform for content reuse and developing responsive website prototypes. Kathy's experience extends to policy analysis at the U.S. Department of Education and research assistance at Cornell University. Kathy holds a Bachelor of Science in Policy Analysis and Management and a Master of Health Administration from Cornell University.
