Loretta Lam is currently the Head of Internal Audit at Lyft, a position they have held since 2025. Previously, Loretta served as the Sr. Director, Head of Audit & Advisory at Nike, as well as the Executive Director of Global Risk at The Estée Lauder Companies from 2018 to 2022. Their earlier experience includes roles at Avon, Warner Music Group, Bristol-Myers Squibb, WorldCom, and Arthur Andersen, among others. Loretta earned a BA in Commerce from The University of British Columbia, graduating in 1999.
