Maksym Slynko, PhD, is currently an Engineering Manager at Lyft, leveraging over 10 years of experience in the tech industry. They transitioned from software engineer to team and tech lead, ultimately taking on management roles where they effectively coordinated up to 50 employees across distributed teams. Maksym has demonstrated strong leadership through coaching and mentorship, alongside implementing management practices that enhance team capabilities. They previously held engineering management positions at Cellebrite and GlobalLogic, and earned a PhD in Information Technology from Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv.
