Micaela Bray

Micaela Bray is an experienced professional with a diverse background in program management, content creation, and customer service. Since May 2016, Micaela has held multiple roles at Lyft, including Associate Program Manager, Project Manager, Senior Content Writer, and Content Writer, as well as a Claims Specialist and Customer Service Representative. Previous positions include roles at Climb Nashville as a Belayer and Front Desk Staff, an internship at Street Talk Media, and a Public Relations internship at The Press House. Micaela also has experience as a Camp Counselor at YMCA Camp Widjiwagan and as a Residential Community Proctor and Outreach Representative for Alumni at Belmont University. Early career work includes public relations at Aerial Ordinance and roles in customer service and sales at The Chocolate Factory and H2O Imaging. Micaela is pursuing a Master of Science in Communication and Media Studies at Middle Tennessee State University, having previously earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Music Business from Belmont University and an Associate of Arts in Sound and Media Art from Southeastern Illinois College.
