Michael Lee

Michael Lee is an accomplished finance professional with over 25 years of experience in the industry. Currently serving as the Director of Finance at Lyft since October 2018, Michael leads the Finance and Accounting team, overseeing budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting while optimizing financial operations. Prior to Lyft, Michael held various finance leadership roles at AIG from August 1999 to October 2018, including Director of Finance, Operations and Strategy for the US, where strategic financial analyses supported key decision-makers in driving business development and profitability. Additionally, Michael was the Finance Director for US Regions, managing a finance team and ensuring high-quality reporting and the implementation of best practices. Earlier in the career, Michael worked as Manager of Financial Planning and Analysis at Bank of America. Michael holds a dual degree in Finance and Investments and Economics from Babson College and graduated from Boston Latin School.
