Peter Frazier

Peter Frazier is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in regulatory compliance and corporate counsel. Currently serving as the Director of Regulatory Compliance at Lyft since December 2018, Peter has also held positions as Senior Counsel and Counsel within the same department. Prior experience includes a role as Corporate Counsel at Dassault Falcon Jet and over a decade as General Counsel and Senior Vice President at Rhode Island Airport Corporation, where responsibilities included managing legal, human resources, engineering, planning, and environmental departments, as well as serving as Interim President and CEO on multiple occasions. Earlier in Peter's career, partnerships were held at Holland & Knight LLP and a litigation associate role at Bowman and Brooke LLP. Academically, Peter holds a Master of Laws from McGill University, a Juris Doctor from the University of Akron School of Law, and a Bachelor's Degree in Economics from Miami University.
