Rahul K. is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in data science and analytics, currently serving as the Director of Data Science at Lyft since January 2018, where leadership encompasses Data & Central Engineering functions for the Customer Platform organization, with a focus on Payments, Fraud, Identity, and Customer Care Technology. Prior to Lyft, Rahul held the position of Business & Product Analytics Manager at eBay from January 2016 to January 2018, working on key initiatives related to Shipping and Global Growth/Marketing. Rahul also served as a Senior Consultant in the Strategy Consulting Division at Ericsson from June 2014 to January 2016, providing expertise in Strategy, Analytics, and Product Management for North American Tier 1 Telecom Operators. Earlier experience includes leading the Analytics team at Inductis (EXL Decision Analytics) for a major US airline and working in Software Engineering at Aricent Group focused on new product development in telecom. Academically, Rahul holds an MBA in Strategy & Operations from Emory University’s Goizueta Business School and a Bachelor of Engineering in Information Technology from Punjab Engineering College.
